Step 01
Open My Prep and define your emergency protocol — every item of gear, every action, every step. Add them in order of priority. This list becomes your drill checklist. It's entirely yours — no preset scenarios, no assumptions.

Step 02
At a randomized time — no preview, no countdown — your phone fires the alert. It cuts through Do Not Disturb. The clock starts immediately. This is where training meets reality: you have to move, not think.
Step 03
Hit DONE and the clock stops. Walk through your prep checklist — mark each item you completed. Your time, completion rate, and performance vs. your personal baseline are all logged. Over time, the trend tells you exactly where you stand.
Step 04
Filter by 7D, 30D, 90D, 1Y, or custom. Stats react to the selected period. The line chart maps every drill — green at or below baseline, red above it, gold at personal best. Watch the trend line drop.
