Privacy Policy
Who We Are
Zero Notice is developed and published by Proxima Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The Short Version
Zero Notice does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Everything the app knows about you — your prep list, your drill history, your settings, your performance data — lives on your device and stays there.
What Data Zero Notice Uses
Data Stored On Your Device
Zero Notice stores the following information locally on your iPhone using Apple's standard on-device storage:
- Settings — your training schedule, active days, quiet hours, and drill frequency preferences
- Prep items — the gear and action checklist you define
- Drill history — timestamps, elapsed times, and checklist completion percentages from drills you run
- Baseline time — your personal performance benchmark set on your first drill
- Onboarding status — whether you have completed the first-launch flow
All of this data is stored using Apple's AsyncStorage framework. It does not leave your device. It is not transmitted to any server. It is not accessible to Proxima Holdings LLC or any third party.
Data We Do Not Collect
Zero Notice does not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any identifying information
- Your location
- Your contacts
- Camera or microphone data
- Health or fitness data from Apple Health
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Any data transmitted over the internet
Notifications
Zero Notice requests permission to send you local notifications in order to deliver drill alerts. These notifications are scheduled and triggered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to or processed by external servers.
You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
In-App Purchases
Zero Notice offers a one-time Lifetime Access purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Proxima Holdings LLC does not handle or store your payment information. All purchase transactions are managed exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service.
RevenueCat, our purchase management platform, processes transaction verification data on your behalf. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at: revenuecat.com/privacy
The only information RevenueCat receives is a randomized device identifier sufficient to verify your purchase — no personal information is shared.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), a device identifier technically qualifies as personal information even when anonymous. RevenueCat does not sell or share this identifier and processes it solely to verify your purchase. RevenueCat's full CCPA and GDPR compliance documentation is available at revenuecat.com/gdpr.
Requesting deletion of your RevenueCat purchase record: To request deletion of your anonymous purchase record from RevenueCat's systems, contact us at info@proximaholdings.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." No identifying information is required — we will process the request via RevenueCat's deletion API using your device's anonymous identifier.
Third-Party Services
Zero Notice uses one third-party service:

No analytics platforms, advertising SDKs, social login services, or tracking tools are included in Zero Notice.
Children's Privacy
Zero Notice does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because Zero Notice collects no personal data, it does not present any specific risk to minors. The app is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Zero Notice stores all data locally on your device, you control your data entirely.
To delete all on-device Zero Notice data:
- Open Zero Notice → Settings → Reset All Data, OR
- Delete the Zero Notice app from your iPhone
Either action permanently removes all app data from your device.
To request deletion of your anonymous RevenueCat purchase record: Contact us at info@proximaholdings.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." No identifying information is required. We will process the deletion via RevenueCat's API using your device's anonymous identifier. This does not affect your ability to restore your purchase through Apple.
Security
Zero Notice does not transmit personal data, which means there is no data in transit to intercept and no external database to breach. Your data is protected by your device's own security — Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption — exactly as Apple designed it.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify users through the app or App Store update notes.
Because Zero Notice collects no personal data, changes to this policy are unlikely to affect your privacy in any meaningful way.
